Party Day!

Today started off with our Ward Christmas Breakfast. We enjoyed breakfast burritos with our ward family and then the kids met Santa for the first time.

Alyssa was not sure about him and checked him our right away...then Logan checked him out.Alyssa decided that she was not a fan.Logan hung around long enough to get some candy out of him :)Mom had to get some primary stuff organized so we hung around for a few more minutes. Since we had another party to run to we brought a change of clothes, but Mommy also grabbed the christmas jammies from last year and we had to take pictures with them so we could see how much we really have grown this year.

We grew A LOT.

Then we were off to be guests at our first birthday party. Our friend Estella was born the day after the twins and we planned our parties for the same afternoon. She gave us an idea of how messy our kids were going to be :)

The kids had a great time playing with her toys and eating pizza...Mom cut the slices in small pieces and then just gave the crust to us to eat on our own. WE LOVED IT!

Then we had to run home to get ready for our party. Thanks to Aunt Kris we had some adorable birthday clothes.

Mom stayed up REALLY late last night making our cakes and cupcakes for our guests.

When it was time for cake we were really excited...but Mom and Dad made us take off our birthday clothes so they could be passed down to the rest of the cousins as time goes on.

Logan requested a fork.and Alyssa decided to go ahead a dig in.We made a huge mess, but we enjoyed our cakes.

We had lots of friends show up for the party...the Pitts, Dawsons, Daleys, Kofoeds and the Brazzeals. We got some cards, a book, a remote control doggie and some animals on wheels. What a great day!!!!...Mommy was exhausted by the end of it all.
