These pictures are a few weeks old, but I am finally getting around to posting them :) May was crazy...I can't believe I didn't get a single post in.
Before I went out to town this weekend I was able to pick my first tomato and when I got home I got to pick a second and a huge eggplant. My onions and garlic are done, but I haven't getton around to pulling them. I figure why pull them out before I am read to use them, but I probably should before bugs get them. If anyone has good eggplant recipes please share. I have never cooked it before...I know why grow it if you have never cooked it?...but that was the decision I made...I figured grow a bunch and try a lot of recieps to see what we like. Only cost $2 for the plant. I could have spent $2 on a single eggplant and only been able to try 1 recipe. My spaghetti squash plant it ginormous as well so send some of those recipes this way too please. I don't think they are quite ripe yet, but I have at least 10 that are about to be ready.
