We stayed with Uncle Billy & Aunt Kris since we usually stay in Uncle Stephen's room when we stay at Grandma & Grandpa's house. Since we were gone for about 10 days Dad decided to pack up our cribs and take them with us.We spend most evenings all together as a big family and have dinner when we are in town. We got into town Thursday evening. Friday evening Uncle Chris and Aunt Jenny came over and we did our family gift exchange...the only one missing was Uncle Mike...he was still at school, but we would be leaving before he got into town. We have a gift rotation schedule so this year we got gifts for Grandpa (a tent fan) and Elizabeth (a kids digital camera). Aunt Jenny got Mommy a cricut cartridge and Grandpa got Daddy a round of golf.

During our trip we had to go to HEB to get some groceries and we got to ride in the race car cart...we were super excited and they gave us each a balloon wehn we entered the store. We are using our stroller less and less and store carts more and more...at least the stores that have double carts...i.e. Sam's Club. This trip our stroller did not travel with us...the cribs took up most of the back of the truck...we barely fit all of our gifts to make it home.
Sunday after church Grandma has us come over and open all of our gifts from her and Grandpa. Logan got a little people garage and ramp set and Alyssa got a little people doll house. They got puzzles, back packs and more clothes. Sunday evening we had the Nicholas Christmas and Grandma Nicholas, Uncle David, Aunt Pattie and most of our cousins and their kids came too.Tuesday we ran errands and went to lunch with Aunt Kris, Elizabeth and Brody then we headed to Victoria.
